Anton, a seasoned expert with over two decades in corporate finance and private equity, was instrumental in multiplying turnover tenfold at Southern Africa's largest private logistics firm. Specializing in commodities and logistics, he excels in due diligence, valuations, structuring, negotiations, trade finance, fundraising, and deal execution, with a proven track record of managing complex transactions and building successful companies.

Charles, with three decades of engineering and finance expertise, specializes in marine offshore operations and infrastructure. His extensive experience includes managing financial operations and projects across West Africa. Now, he's bringing his strategic insight and maritime proficiency to elevate the Lake Victoria tug and barge project.

George has over two decades of experience in transport and logistics operations, safety compliance, and business process innovation. In addition to being a licenced vessel Captain, George holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is skilled in fleet management, financial oversight and customer service. 

 Fred brings more than two decades of maritime and transport operations experience across Africa. He has built and led marine teams, managed vessel operations, and developed practical transport services in challenging operating environments. 

At Lake Victoria Tug & Barge, Fred leads project development and maritime operations, with a focus on building a reliable pushboat-and-barge freight platform for the Kenya–Uganda corridor.
