Fred is a maritime visionary with over two decades of experience in building marine teams and operations across Africa. With a proven track record in the industry, he now brings his expertise and innovative spirit to lead the Lake Victoria tug and barge project. Fred's leadership and deep understanding of maritime operations are driving our mission to revolutionize transport on Lake Victoria, enhancing connectivity and trade in the region. 

Charles, with three decades of engineering and finance expertise, specializes in marine offshore operations and infrastructure. His extensive experience includes managing financial operations and projects across West Africa. Now, he's bringing his strategic insight and maritime proficiency to elevate the Lake Victoria tug and barge project.

With two decades in HR, community engagement, media, and communications, Stephanie excels in counseling, team management, and negotiating agreements. Her psychology and communication background ensures adept handling of complex situations, fostering a harmonious work environment, and driving HR initiatives while enhancing community relations and media strategies.

Anton, a seasoned expert with over two decades in corporate finance and private equity, was instrumental in multiplying turnover tenfold at Southern Africa's largest private logistics firm. Specializing in commodities and logistics, he excels in due diligence, valuations, structuring, negotiations, trade finance, fundraising, and deal execution, with a proven track record of managing complex transactions and building successful companies.

Arri, a seasoned structural engineer for ship and offshore structures, has extensive experience in vessel design and construction. He specializes in stability analyses, CFD calculations, and reporting to classification societies, including work on the world's largest construction vessel.
